The Nikon D3X shows extraordinary detail in this powerful “ethno - contemporary” fashion shoot. The authenticity and beauty of the model and dancer Amina, inspired a beautiful photo shoot. The Kino Flo continuos lights found their way with ease into this remote location and the “Little Genny” lithium battery was the perfect power companion due to it’s compact nature and abundant power.

Tameka on Olvera Street

Tameka Jacobs from NBC’s “Deal or No Deal” has been a wonderful model, transforming her look from one shot to the next. In this shoot, we pushed the use of 2 Kino Flo Diva 400’s. The added light and creative control opened our window of photographic opportunities. The “Little Genny” battery by Libertypak never ceases to amaze us as we never ran out of power, with two lights running at full strength!

A beautiful Sunday with 10 brides and a Nikon D3 & D3X! All photographs were taken using available light.

Out again shooting the beautiful and elegant Roma Perrier in our “gorilla style” work flow. L.A.’s diverse evening environments make for great photographic ambiance. The portability and beautiful quality of the Kino Flo continuos lights gave us the freedom to be spontaneous and explore a great range of locations and evening light.

"Star by Night"

In this shoot, we ran 2 Diva 400 Kino Flo lights from one “Little Genny” battery pack and it worked flawlessly, never even coming close to run out of power during the entire photo shoot.

If you look closely, you can see one of our assistants holding a Diva 400, notice how well the model is lit. We discovered that the 14 bit uncompressed raw files from the Nikon D3 look so smooth in our low light environmental photographs.
